Booked family room in a good condition. We had satellite television, climate control, and a microwave in the room. Very amiable and affable staff who were always there to help.

I loved the cleanliness and facilities at this hotel. Additionally, the location was perfect, close to the airport and several malls. The staff was very helpful, printing my boarding passes and allowing me to stay until noon. Parking was also available.

The hotel was conveniently located close to our destination. We appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great convenience. the rooms were cozy and comfortable with a nicely made bed and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

The hotel left some room for improvement. the bathroom floors were always wet, and there were limited pots and glasses in the kitchen.

The location was excellent as it was close to where we wanted to be. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. We enjoyed the fact that there was complimentary Wi-Fi available for guests to use.

The staff seemed unprepared and untrained, and there were no dietary requirements or allergies taken into consideration. The bathroom lacked soap and there was no hot water available.

Located conveniently close to the airport, and in proximity to the malls, this guest house could have been a great pick for travelers. Although the rooms were clean, guests reported broken furniture, no soap at the basin and lukewarm water. the absence of necessary amenities such as mugs and tea for the kettle and a properly functioning gate made it inconvenient.

The lack of hygiene at the guest house was a major issue that was highlighted by several guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at Airport Diamond Guest House. When I needed my boarding passes printed, the host went out of their way to have them printed and personally delivered them to me. They even allowed us to check out late, which saved us time at the airport. I highly recommend this guest house.
